If your Even Realities App cannot detect any available firmware updates, please first update the Even Realities app to version V2.2.5 or later, and then check whether a new firmware version is available for your device.
If the latest firmware version still cannot be detected and you are unable to proceed with the firmware update, please provide us with the following information to help us investigate the issue further:
- The SN number of your G2 glasses (The Bluetooth device name (EVEN R1_****) of your R1 ring).
- A screenshot of the Device Information page.
