Even Realities App Account Automatically Logs Out

If your Even Realities App account automatically logs out, could you please confirm whether it has been more than 30 days since you last logged in to your app account?

If so, please rest assured that this is normal behavior. You can simply log back into the app.

If it has been less than 30 days but your app account was logged out automatically, please provide the following information to allow us to investigate the issue further and assist you better:

  1. The account information.
  2. The exact time when the issue occurred.
