Even Realities products can be purchased through the official Even Realities website and our designated authorized retailers.

Warranty Notice: Only products purchased through our official store or authorized channels are covered by our official warranty services. We cannot guarantee the performance or hardware condition of products purchased from unofficial second-hand platforms or unauthorized sellers, and no warranty support will be provided for these items.

Placing an Order on the Official Even Realities Website

Purchasing the Even G2/G1:

When ordering the Even G2 or G1 on our official website, you will go through the following customization steps:

We offer two frame shapes (A and B) and three color options (Grey, Brown, and Green).

Choose between "Non-prescription" and "Single vision" lenses.

• If you select "Non-prescription", you can proceed directly to the next step and add the item to your cart.
• If you select "Single vision", the Even G2 offers three different lens types: "Essential Slim", "Enhanced Slim", and "Superior Slim".
• You can fill in your prescription details directly in the "Fill in your details" section and then add the item to your cart.
• If you do not have your prescription ready, you can select "Send it later". This allows you to place the order and complete the payment first. Once the order is placed, Even Realities will immediately send an "Order Confirmation" and a "Prescription Submission" email to your inbox. Please keep an eye out for emails from specify@evenrealities.com.
• Note: Please return your correct prescription information as soon as possible after confirming it. We will only begin the custom lens manufacturing process after receiving your submitted prescription.

Regarding Even R1 Ring Sizing:

• Important Note: The R1 sizing standard differs from standard US ring sizes, and we do not offer half sizes. We strongly recommend using our Sizing Kit to test the fit. This ensures the sensors make perfect contact with your skin, providing you with the most accurate health data monitoring.

Regarding Even Charging Accessories:

• Even R1 Charging Dock: The charging dock must exactly match your ring size. Please ensure you confirm the correct size when placing your order.
• Even G2/G1 Charging Accessories: You can purchase dedicated charging cables and accessories for your glasses directly through our official store.

Supported Currencies and Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and UnionPay.
• Express Checkout: Shop Pay (Shopify Payments), Google Pay, and PayPal.
• Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna.

Order Confirmation Emails

After you complete your purchase, the system will automatically send a confirmation email to the address used for the order.

• If you ordered the R1 Sizing Kit: Because the sizing kit and the ring are processed in stages, you will receive multiple emails:
  • Stage 1: Order confirmation and shipping notification for the Sizing Kit.
  • Stage 2: Once you confirm your final size in "My Account" and the actual ring is shipped, you will receive a second shipping notification.
• If you purchased the Even G2/G1 or an R1 with a known size: You will directly receive the product order confirmation email, followed by the shipping notification.
• If you selected "Send it later" for lenses: You will receive two separate emails after successful payment: an "Order Confirmation" and a "Prescription Submission" email.

What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?

1. Please wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.
2. Check your "Spam" or "Junk" email folders.
3. Use your email's search function to look for the keyword "Even Realities".
4. If you still cannot find it, please contact our Service Team at support@evenrealities.com and provide the name, email address, and shipping address used for the order so we can verify it for you.
