During your Even R1 purchase process on Even Realities, we recommend that you first determine your finger size before finalizing your Even R1 size selection.
The Even R1's sizing is not based on US standards, it cannot be referenced using a standard ring size.
Your finger size can vary under certain specific circumstances:
- During the day and at night, factors such as fluid distribution due to physical activity, blood circulation, or thermal expansion and contraction can cause variations in a person's finger size between daytime and nighttime.
- After eating, food intake can lead to slight swelling in the fingers, changing their size.
- Wearing habits, a person's dominant hand may be slightly larger due to more frequent use.
Therefore, we recommend that during your first purchase of an Even R1, you select the "Free sizing kit". Use the sizing kit for a wearing experience before confirming your final Even R1 ring size.
Selecting the correct ring size is crucial for ensuring data accuracy, wearing comfort, and the overall product experience. Here are some recommendations to help you find the perfect fit for your Even R1.
Sizing Kit
To help you choose the most comfortable and well-fitted size, when you purchase an Even R1 on our website, you can select the "Free Sizing Kit" option on the size selection page. This free sizing kit will be included as part of your Even R1 purchase. You can confirm your final Even R1 size only after you have received the sizing kit and completed the trial fitting experience.

-
Open Your Sizing Kit
Your kit contains multiple Even plastic sizing rings. Please note that Even's sizing kit uses a proprietary system, which is slightly different from standard US ring sizes and sizing used by other brands. Therefore, even if you know your usual ring size, you need to test using our kit. Avoid measuring your Even R1 size based on other rings, as they may use different sizing standards. -
Choose Your Finger
You can wear the Even R1 on any finger. However, for optimal sensor accuracy, we recommend wearing it on your index finger. If you are unable to use your index finger for any reason, we suggest also trying your middle or ring finger.
Try the sizing rings on both hands and different fingers to find the most comfortable fit. -
Test for Comfort
Your Even R1 should feel comfortable when worn and not too tight. It should sit securely at the base of your finger. On the premise that it can be easily removed, but should not slip off easily. -
Wear it for at Least 24 Hours
Finger size changes throughout the day and night. Wear the sizer for a full day, including while you sleep, to ensure it still feels comfortable during different activities and at various times.
After You've Chosen Your Size
Once you have confirmed your ideal ring size, you need to return to your order on the Even website, find your R1 purchase history, and confirm your final size for the Even R1.
You do not need to return the sizing kit. You can pass it on to someone who might be interested in an Even R1, or recycle it.
