Important Reminder: We will only start the production process and arrange shipment after you have successfully confirmed your final size on the Even Realities website.
Before you begin, please have the following ready:
- Your final determined Even size code (e.g., Size 8).
- The email address and password for the Even account used to place your order.
- Your ring order number, which can help you locate your order more quickly.
Confirm Your Size
1. Visit the Even Realities Website and Log Into Your Account
Please use a computer or mobile browser to visit the official Even Realities website.
In the top right corner of the website, enter your email and click "Log In" to access your personal account.
2. Locate Your Order Pending Confirmation
After logging in, go to the "My Orders".
In the order list, find your Even R1 order. The status of this order will typically show as "Ring Size Pending".

3. Select and Confirm Your Final Size
On the order details page, you will see a selection area for confirming your size. From there, select your final determined Even size code.
Please double-check: The size code you select must exactly match the size from the "Free Sizing Kit" that felt most comfortable during your try-on.
4. Final Confirmation and Submission
After verifying the size is correct, click "Confirm".
The system will display a "Submission Successful" message. Subsequently, your order status will update to "Size Confirmed". At this point, the final size for your Even R1 has been successfully confirmed, and Even will begin the shipment process for your ring.
FAQ & Important Notes
Q: Can I modify the size after submitting it?
A: Once the size is submitted online, the system locks it immediately and initiates the shipment process. If you need to make a change, you must contact our customer service team immediately after submission, and we will do our best to assist you.
Q: I used a family member's or friend's "Free Sizing Kit." How do I confirm my size?
A: The process is exactly the same. As long as you tried on the official Even "Free Sizing Kit" and determined your Even size code, you can submit that size code within your own order.
Q: What should I do if I can't find or don't see the size confirmation page?
A: Please first check if you are logged into the correct account used to purchase the Even R1, or if the order status has expired. Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@evenrealities.com and provide your order information. We will assist you in completing the confirmation.
Q: What should I do with the "Free Sizing Kit" after confirmation?
A: The "Free Sizing Kit" does not need to be returned. You can pass it on to interested friends or family, or recycle it according to local waste sorting policies.
