Device connection management

On the [My Devices] in the Even App, select your device and tap [Connection] at the bottom to manage its connection. Below are the specific instructions for each operation. Please choose the one that fits your needs.

Disconnect

This operation disconnects your phone from this Even G2. When an Even R1 is in use, disconnecting also severs the connection between the G2 and R1.

After manual disconnection, the devices will not automatically attempt to reconnect. This action operation does not affect the device's binding to relationship with your account, and all data cached on the device will be preserved.

Use this function to temporarily stop using the device while keeping the pairing information intact.

Quick Restart

This operation restarts your device to resolve temporary software or minor connection issues. After restarting, the device will automatically attempt to reconnect to your phone.

Factory Reset

Resetting to factory settings will completely erase all personal settings and pairing records on the device, restoring it to its original state. Please operate with caution.

Remove from Account

Using [Remove from Account] will completely remove the Bluetooth pairing between the phone and the device and clear the device's ownership association with the paired account. 

To fully erase the pairing history, you also need to go to your phone's system Bluetooth settings and manually "Forget" this device.

Use this option if you need to fully unbind the device, for example, when replacing it.
