To help you better manage your Even devices, please be aware of the following connection limitations between devices.
- One-to-One Connection: One phone can be connected to only, one pair of glasses and one ring at the same time.
- Multiple Phone Logins: The same account can be logged into on multiple phones. Each phone can connect to different glasses/rings independently.
- Pairing vs. Connection: Your phone can be paired with multiple devices but can can actively connect to only one pair of glasses and one ring at a time.
- Operation Isolation: Actions on one phone affect only the devices connected to that phone; other devices on your account remain unaffected.
- Connection Replacement: Connecting to a new pair of glasses or ring will automatically disconnect the previously connected device.
- Device Data: Each device’s data is tied to a specific Even account. To use a device under a different account, you must first Remove from Account in the old account’s connection settings.
Please note: The maximum number of devices a phone can pair with is limited by the phone's own Bluetooth hardware and operating system, and is not a limitation of the Even App.
