You can manually update the device firmware for your Even G2 by following the steps below.
Procedure
- Open the Even App and tap [My Devices] on the home screen.
- In the device list, find and select your connected "Even G2" device.
- On the device details page, find and tap the [Glasses Info].
- On the information page, tap [Firmware Version]. You can check the current firmware version. If a new version is available, tap the [Update] to begin the upgrade.
Important Notes
To update, your device must be charging, and its battery must be above 50%.
During the entire update process, please ensure your mobile network connection is stable to a smooth and uninterrupted upgrade.
Simultaneously, keep the Even App running in the foreground on your phone. Avoid switching to other applications or locking the screen until the update progress bar reaches 100%.
