If you notice that you can use the R1 ring to control your G2 Glasses, but gesture recognition is inaccurate, please provide the following information to the Even Realities Customer Support Team:
- Please send a video showing the gesture you are attempting to use to control the glasses through the touch area on the ring, along with the corresponding changes on the glasses interface displayed in the app.
- Upload the logs through the app after the R1 ring has been connected to both the app and the glasses, and the issue has reoccurred. How To Upload Logs
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
