R1 Cannot Charge
Issue
Your R1 ring cannot charge, or the charging process fails completely.
Troubleshooting
Check if the R1 is placed on the charging dock in the correct direction. Ensure that the side with the Even logo is facing toward the charging cable.
Open the Even App to see if the R1 is detected as being in a "DFU" state (if it is, please tap on it to resume the firmware update).

If the issue persists, please contact us and provide the following information:
A video showing the charging process. Please observe and note whether the indicator light turns on for 3 seconds and then turns off when the R1 is connected to power.

If the R1 still has some battery and can connect to the App, please let us know if the battery percentage changes in the App during your charging attempts.

R1 Does Not Charge Fully / Inaccurate Battery Drain
Issue
Your R1 battery does not charge to 100% (for example, it gets stuck at 85% after hours of charging), or the battery drain appears inaccurate (e.g., the first 50% lasts a long time, but the remaining battery drains rapidly). You may also experience abnormally fast charging or draining.
Troubleshooting
This battery calculation issue is typically related to older software (such as firmware version 2.0.3.0006). Please go to your Even App settings and ensure both your Even App and the R1 firmware are updated to the latest available versions.
