Issue
The health data tracked by your R1 (such as steps, calories, heart rate, etc.) appears inaccurate, or the ring is failing to track certain data entirely.
Troubleshooting
Make sure your Even App and R1 firmware are updated to the latest versions.
Ensure the ring is worn snugly on your finger to allow the sensors to properly read your biometric data.

R1 Does Not Track Body Temperature
Issue
After using the ring for a few days, other health metrics are displaying data normally, but your body temperature data is still not showing up.
Troubleshooting
How Temperature Tracking Works: Please note that the R1 tracks your Sleep Temperature Deviation; it does not collect body temperature data during daytime wear.
The 3-Day Baseline Rule: To provide accurate data, the algorithm requires at least 2 nights of sleep within a 7-day period to establish your personal baseline. Therefore, temperature data will only begin to appear after your 3rd night of sleep while wearing the ring. (If a night of data is missed during this period, it may delay the calculation).

Check the Status: Tap into the specific Temperature details page in your Even App.
If the page displays "Collecting baseline", your ring is working perfectly. Please continue wearing it to sleep and check back after the 3rd night.
If the chart is completely blank and does not show the "collecting baseline" message, please reach out to our support team.

Troubleshooting
Step tracking accuracy can be affected by outdated software. Please check your Even App settings and ensure both your Even App and the R1 firmware are updated to the latest versions.
