Shipping options
We offer two shipping options to best meet your needs:

Standard shipping: 7-14 Business days (Free)
This option includes free shipping, and the delivery time is approximately 7 to 14 Business days from the date of order shipped.

Expedited shipping: 2-6 business days (Additional fee)
For faster delivery, you can choose our priority delivery option. The delivery time is approximately 2-6 Business days from the date of order shipped. An additional fee will be calculated at the checkout page.
Military bases
Shipments to mailboxes and/or military bases aren’t possible. Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Tracking
You'll receive an email when your order has been shipped. You can track the delivery status of your order any time either by selecting Track Orders at the bottom of the page or using the carrier’s website.

Customs and duties
For international orders, customs and duties fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. Even Realities is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Prescription orders
Frames with corrective lenses are tailor-made to your prescription and therefore have a longer processing time.
