The Even Realities App Does Not Open or Crashes at Startup

If the Even Realities App does not open after installation or crashes during startup, try the checks below.

1. Update to the latest version of the Even Realities App available for your device.
2. Check your phone's operating system. The app supports iOS and Android. Devices running pure HarmonyOS are not currently supported. Foldable phones and tablets may have UI compatibility issues.
3. Check your system version. Your device needs iOS 16 or later, or Android 9 or later.
4. Switch to a different network and try opening the app again.

• The Even Realities App version installed on your phone.
• Your phone's brand and model.
• Your phone's operating system version.
• A screenshot or short video showing the issue.
• If possible, when the issue occurs, such as immediately after tapping the app icon or after the startup screen appears.
