The lenses for your Even smart glasses are custom-made based on your unique prescription data and the product's specific optical components. To ensure the optimal visual experience and product integrity, lenses cannot be replaced by users.
Any attempt to disassemble or replace the lenses may result in:

- Voiding of the product warranty

If You Need to Update Your Prescription/Change From Plano To Refractive
Vision changes are common. To ensure you continue to have clear, comfortable vision and the best product experience, please follow this official service process:

- Provide New Prescription: Obtain a new, complete prescription from your optometrist.
- Arrange Custom Replacement: We will manufacture new lenses based on your updated data. A professional technician will then install and calibrate them.
- Paid Service: Prescription updates are a paid customization service. The replacement lens will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product.
Other Lens-Related Issues
If your lenses become scratched, cracked, or otherwise damaged, do not attempt any repair yourself. Please contact our Service Team. We will provide a professional assessment and replacement solution.
