Warranty Policy

This Limited Consumer Warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Even Realities official channels or from an Even Realities authorized retailer.

The product main unit and charging case accessories are covered by a one-year Limited Warranty, commencing on the date of delivery of the product. If the product is purchased within the European Union (EU) or the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), the Limited Warranty Period shall be two years.

This Warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the applicable laws and regulations of your country or region of residence. The terms and conditions set forth in this Warranty shall apply to the extent permitted by the laws of such country or region. In the event that the warranty period specified herein is shorter than that required under local law, the applicable period prescribed by local law shall prevail.

This Warranty applies only to those countries to which Even Realities ships and supports. Please visit us at even-realities.com for information about the countries Even Realities supports and to get helpful service and contact information.

This limited consumer warranty is provided by Even Realities. This limited consumer warranty (the “Warranty”) covers defects and malfunctions in the new Even Realities product(s) it accompanies (the “Product”).

This Warranty is valid only with a purchase proof associated with a normal order. This Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase that clearly shows the purchase date. If you send us a Product without valid proof of purchase, then we reserve the right to return the Product to you at your cost, subject to prepayment, or, if such costs are not prepaid, we will keep the Product for thirty (30) days for your pick-up.

If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact customer service to obtain and submit the form for warranty service. Your submitted email must include a valid purchase order number or other acceptable proof of purchase. Unless specifically stated elsewhere in this Warranty, to make a warranty claim, you need to return your Product to Even Realities or to the authorized retailer from which the product was purchased, together with your proof of purchase.

It is your responsibility to remove any data by restoring the product to factory settings before the product is returned to Even Realities or an authorized retailer. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair the Product without risk to or loss of data, and any replacement product will not contain any of your data that was stored on the original Product.

As stipulated above, if your product is held by us to perform warranty service, the warranty period will be automatically extended by a duration equal to the period of retention.

This Warranty Service is limited in scope and covers only the product main unit and related charging equipment. This warranty does not cover accessories, consumables, or third-party services. This includes, but is not limited to, clip-on accessories, consumables (such as screen-protective films or protective cases), software, or any third-party services.

This Warranty is limited and not applicable to any scratches on the main unit or lenses resulting from use.The installation or replacement of any lenses* should be conducted by Even Realities or a Even Realities authorized retailer. Any damage caused by the unauthorized installation, replacement or alteration of the lenses is not covered by this Warranty.

If prescription lens exhibit manufacturing defects or improper installation, you are entitled to a free replacement or repair within 30 days of delivery.

In cases where repair is required due to a product quality issue, Even Realities will bear the associated logistics and customs costs. However, if the issue arises from user-related causes or physical damage, all related expenses shall be borne by the user.

If your product develops a defect or malfunction not caused by human factors within the applicable Limited Warranty Period, we will repair or replace the product, or update the software or services, so that the product substantially conforms to the warranted functionality. Upon provision of warranty service in accordance with this Limited Warranty, if the service involves the replacement of any product, accessory, or component, the replaced product, accessory, or component shall become the property of Even Realities.

Subject to your rights under any local laws, if we determine that a Product should be replaced, the replacement may be a new, refurbished, or a re-manufactured Product. Save for your rights and remedies available under your local laws, the provision of a repaired or replacement product does not restart or otherwise extend the Limited Warranty Period.

If, following an official inspection, we determine that it is not reasonable to remedy a defect or malfunction, we will issue a partial refund of the purchase price you paid for the product. In such cases, the original product may not be returned to you. Your remedy under this Warranty shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product, as determined by Even Realities in accordance with applicable law. However, we will honor your preference for repair or replacement unless it is impossible or unreasonable for us to do so.

If we determine that the malfunction was caused by an external force unrelated to the product itself, your warranty claim will be considered void, then we reserve the right to return the Product to you at your cost, subject to prepayment, or, if such costs are not prepaid, we will keep the Product for thirty (30) days for your pick-up before it is disposed of.

For products that do not qualify for free warranty service, you may choose to use our paid repair service (which is subject to applicable inspection fees, parts replacement costs, testing fees, labor charges, and shipping fees).

This warranty does not cover, and Even Realities is not responsible for:

Consumable components (such as batteries) contained in the product (except in cases where damage results from defects in materials or workmanship).

Delivery or installation, or labor charges for setup of the product and/or adjustment of customer controls on the product.

Damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, fire, theft, disappearance, misplacement, fluctuations and power surges, connections to improper voltage or incorrect electrical line voltage, viruses, malware, reckless, willful or intentional conduct or neglect.

Damages caused by servicing the product which has not been pre-authorized by Even Realities.

Damages caused by usage that is not in accordance with the product instructions/documentation.

Damages caused by failure to follow the product instructions/documentation or failure to perform cleaning or preventive maintenance.

Damages caused by the combination of the product with other non-Even Realities branded products, accessories, parts or components or use of products, equipment, systems, utilities, services, software, parts supplies, accessories, applications, installations, repairs, external wiring or connectors not supplied or authorized by Even Realities that damage the product. Signal issues, reception problems and distortion related to noise, echo, interference or other signal transmission and delivery problems. Any equipment or components that were not included in, or with your product as originally sold.

This Warranty does not include any specific guarantees that the Product will be error-free, or regarding uptime or continued availability of data security features of software or online accounts, that any software, firmware or online sites will function uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent prohibited by any applicable law in any other country, this Warranty is void if a Product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including the unauthorized removal of any component or external cover).

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address or refuses to accept the shipment, any resulting loss shall be borne by the customer. In the event of an error caused by a logistics provider designated by Even Realities, we will, through negotiation, either reship the product free of charge or provide an equivalent form of compensation.

If you wish to return the product from a different country or region, prior authorization from Even Realities is required. Any customs duties, clearance fees, or related expenses incurred shall be borne solely by you.

Before sending the product for repair, please ensure that all personalized items or decorations attached to the product (including but not limited to decorative stickers, paint coatings, and similar customizations) are properly removed. Even Realities shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of such personalized items or decorations.
