Scope of Application
This Limited Consumer Warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Even Realities official channels or from an Even Realities authorized retailer.
This Limited Consumer Warranty is provided by Hong Kong Even Realities Limited, with its registered office at Room 29D, 8/F, On Cheong Factory Building, No. 19 Tai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, or by another Even Realities group company that we designate to provide warranty service for your country or region (the “Warrantor”). We may also appoint an authorized service provider to receive, inspect, repair, or replace Products on the Warrantor’s behalf.
When you submit a warranty claim, we will confirm the entity handling that claim. A change of handling entity does not reduce the coverage, duration, or remedies described in this Limited Warranty, and does not affect any statutory rights you have against the seller of the Product.
The product main unit and charging case accessories are covered by a one-year Limited Warranty, commencing on the date of delivery of the product. If the product is purchased within the European Union (EU) or the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), the Limited Warranty Period shall be two years.
This Limited Warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty and is provided in addition to, and not instead of, any statutory rights available to you in relation to defective or non-conforming products. The exercise of statutory rights is free of charge, and those rights are not limited or otherwise affected by this Limited Warranty.
Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law. Where applicable law provides longer limitation periods, broader coverage, or additional remedies for defective or non-conforming products, those statutory provisions will continue to apply.

Accepted Proof of Warranty
This limited consumer warranty (the “Warranty”) covers defects and malfunctions in the new Even Realities product(s) it accompanies (the “Product”).
This Warranty is valid only with a purchase proof associated with a normal order. This Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase that clearly shows the purchase date. If you send us a Product without valid proof of purchase, then we reserve the right to return the Product to you at your cost, subject to prepayment, or, if such costs are not prepaid, we will keep the Product for thirty (30) days for your pick-up.
Request Warranty Service
If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact customer service to obtain and submit the form for warranty service. Your submitted email must include your order number or other acceptable proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any photos, videos, or other information reasonably required to assess the claim.Unless specifically stated elsewhere in this Warranty, to make a warranty claim, you need to return your Product to Even Realities or to the authorized retailer from which the product was purchased, together with your proof of purchase.
It is your responsibility to remove any data by restoring the product to factory settings before the product is returned to Even Realities or an authorized retailer. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair the Product without risk to or loss of data, and any replacement product will not contain any of your data that was stored on the original Product.
As stipulated above, if your product is held by us to perform warranty service, the warranty period will be automatically extended by a duration equal to the period of retention.
Warranty Coverage
This Warranty Service is limited in scope and covers only the product main unit and related charging equipment. This warranty does not cover accessories, consumables, or third-party services. This includes, but is not limited to, clip-on accessories, consumables (such as screen-protective films or protective cases), software, or any third-party services.
This Warranty is limited and not applicable to any scratches on the main unit or lenses resulting from use.The installation or replacement of any lenses* should be conducted by Even Realities or a Even Realities authorized retailer. Any damage caused by the unauthorized installation, replacement or alteration of the lenses is not covered by this Warranty.
If prescription lenses exhibit manufacturing defects or improper installation, you are entitled to a free replacement or repair within 30 days of delivery.
If you request service during the Limited Warranty Period, we may need to inspect the Product to determine whether the reported issue is a covered product quality problem, or an excluded cause such as accidental damage, misuse, or another circumstance described in this Warranty.
After that assessment, if the issue is covered by this Warranty, Even Realities will bear or reimburse the reasonable shipping costs and any mandatory customs-related costs for which Even Realities is responsible under applicable law. If the issue is not covered, any inspection fee and shipping costs will be handled as described in the Inspection Fee section below.
If your product develops a defect or malfunction not caused by human factors within the applicable Limited Warranty Period, we will repair or replace the product, or update the software or services, so that the product substantially conforms to the warranted functionality. Upon provision of warranty service in accordance with this Limited Warranty, if the service involves the replacement of any product, accessory, or component, the replaced product, accessory, or component shall become the property of Even Realities.
Subject to your rights under any local laws, if we determine that a Product should be replaced, the replacement may be a new, refurbished, or a re-manufactured Product. Save for your rights and remedies available under your local laws, the provision of a repaired or replacement product does not restart or otherwise extend the Limited Warranty Period.
If, following an official inspection, we determine that it is not reasonable to remedy a defect or malfunction, we will issue a partial refund of the purchase price you paid for the product. In such cases, the original product may not be returned to you. Your remedy under this Warranty shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product, as determined by Even Realities in accordance with applicable law. However, we will honor your preference for repair or replacement unless it is impossible or unreasonable for us to do so.
Inspection Fee
If we ask you to return a Product for assessment, we will confirm in writing, before you ship the Product, whether an inspection fee may apply and the amount of that fee.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the inspection fee is USD 80, or the equivalent amount in the currency we confirm to you in writing before you ship the Product. The fee will be refunded in full if we confirm that:(a) the Product has a defect covered by this Limited Warranty; or (b) the Product fails to comply with any non-excludable statutory consumer guarantee applicable to your purchase.
The fee may be retained if our assessment reasonably establishes that: (a) no covered defect is present; (b) the reported fault cannot be reproduced; or (c) the issue was caused by accidental or physical damage, liquid exposure beyond the Product’s stated specifications, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, or another circumstance excluded from coverage.
The inspection fee is separate from shipping costs. If a covered defect or statutory lack of conformity is confirmed, we will reimburse the reasonable cost paid by you to return the Product for assessment, and Even Realities will pay the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product to you. We will also reimburse or bear shipping costs where mandatory consumer law requires us to do so.
If the issue is not covered but can be repaired, we will provide a written repair quotation before carrying out any paid repair. You may decline the quotation. If you decline, we will return the original Product to you. You may be required to pay the applicable return-shipping costs disclosed in advance, except where applicable law does not allow us to charge those costs.
Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits or excludes any rights or remedies available under mandatory consumer law. We will not require or retain an inspection or examination fee where applicable law requires the Product to be examined free of charge, including during any applicable statutory presumption period.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover, and Even Realities is not responsible for:
Exposure of the charging case's metal contacts to liquids or a humid environment may cause device failure due to circuit abnormalities.
Consumable components (such as batteries) contained in the product (except in cases where damage results from defects in materials or workmanship).
Delivery or installation, or labor charges for setup of the product and/or adjustment of customer controls on the product.
Damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, fire, theft, disappearance, misplacement, fluctuations and power surges, connections to improper voltage or incorrect electrical line voltage, viruses, malware, reckless, willful or intentional conduct or neglect.
Damages caused by servicing the product which has not been pre-authorized by Even Realities.
Damages caused by usage that is not in accordance with the product instructions/documentation.
Damages caused by failure to follow the product instructions/documentation or failure to perform cleaning or preventive maintenance.
Damages caused by the combination of the product with other non-Even Realities branded products, accessories, parts or components or use of products, equipment, systems, utilities, services, software, parts supplies, accessories, applications, installations, repairs, external wiring or connectors not supplied or authorized by Even Realities that damage the product. Signal issues, reception problems and distortion related to noise, echo, interference or other signal transmission and delivery problems. Any equipment or components that were not included in, or with your product as originally sold.
This Warranty does not include any specific guarantees that the Product will be error-free, or regarding uptime or continued availability of data security features of software or online accounts, that any software, firmware or online sites will function uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Warranty does not cover a claim where labels have been removed, damaged, or tampered with, or the Product has been altered, including through the unauthorized removal of any component or external cover, if the alteration caused or contributed to the reported issue or materially prevents us from verifying the Product or assessing the claim.
Additional Notes
If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address or refuses to accept the shipment, any resulting loss shall be borne by the customer. In the event of an error caused by a logistics provider designated by Even Realities, we will, through negotiation, either reship the product free of charge or provide an equivalent form of compensation.
If you wish to return the product from a different country or region, prior authorization from Even Realities is required. Any customs duties, clearance fees, or related expenses incurred shall be borne solely by you.
Before sending the product for repair, please ensure that all personalized items or decorations attached to the product (including but not limited to decorative stickers, paint coatings, and similar customizations) are properly removed. Even Realities shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of such personalized items or decorations.
Scope of Responsibility
During the after-sales service process, Even Realities is responsible only for product loss or damage occurring under transportation or repair services arranged by Even Realities.
Even Realities is not responsible for any data loss, unless such loss results from our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill. We shall not be liable for any data loss resulting from your failure to comply with this limited warranty service policy.
This after-sales policy may vary according to local laws and regulations. Even Realities reserves the right to interpret or modify this warranty policy at any time at its sole discretion.
This Limited Warranty may be provided in multiple languages. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version will prevail, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
