To facilitate this process and ensure a seamless experience, we have established the following global return policy.
The Even Realities Return Policy is a part of our Terms of Service. Terms not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Even Realities or any additional accessories (each, a “Product”), you may request a return for a refund within the applicable time period specified for your order type. Glasses equipped with prescription lenses are highly customized and therefore not eligible for return or cancellation once 24 hours have passed after the order is placed. For non-customized products, order cancellations are permitted prior to shipment.
This return policy applies exclusively to orders purchased directly from the official Even Realities website (evenrealities.com). If you purchased your device from an authorized retailer, please refer to the store’s policy for any return or exchange requests.
Eligible Return Situations

Non-Customized Products: If you are not satisfied with your Even Realities products or any accessories, you may request a return for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. For returns made within this 14-day period that are not due to product quality issues, Even will deduct the corresponding shipping fees.
Please note that Nose pads and Temple sleeves are considered high-wear consumables. Once unsealed, they are ineligible for resale. Therefore, these items are non-returnable unless the product is found to be defective.
- Prescription Glasses: Order cancellations for prescription glasses can only be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we will be unable to cancel or accept returns for such orders. If lens defects or overall device defects occur, we will handle them in accordance with the Even Realities Limited Warranty Policy.
- Ring Products: For the Even R1 ring, if the wearing size is not suitable, you can request a free one-time model replacement within 14 days upon delivery.
- Product Condition: Returns are accepted only if the product is in “like new” condition, meaning that it must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any visible signs of use. Products with scratches or noticeable wear will not be accepted. If the returned product, upon inspection, is found to have been used, damaged, missing components, or otherwise unsuitable for resale, Even Realities reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or reduce the refund amount proportionate to the loss in value caused by use, damage, or missing components. If the returned product was purchased as part of a bundle, but not all products in the bundle are returned, we will refund the returned product’s value after deducting the equivalent value of the bundle discount.
- Packaging: The original packaging must remain intact and in good condition. It is not required to be unopened, but it must be undamaged and include all original components and accessories.
- Product Testing: You may test the product. However, the product must be restored to its “like new” condition before returning it. Minor signs of use are acceptable, but visible wear or damage may affect your eligibility for a refund.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU / EEA / UK)
- If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, and you purchase goods from us at a distance (online), you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. If your order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire possession of the last item.

- Complete this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Send the completed form to support@evenrealities.com.
This statutory right is separate from any voluntary return policy we may offer and does not limit your rights in respect of defective or non-conforming goods under applicable consumer law.
Attention
- Protection is important, so please place the eyewear in a case, and the case in a cardboard box, in order to protect the product during transportation. We recommend sending your eyewear as certified or insured for tracking purposes. Please note we ARE NOT responsible for any lost packages, for any damage in transit or damage due to improper packaging.
- For approved return requests, Even Realities will provide you with a shipping label for returning the product. The label becomes valid on the date it is provided to you, and its validity period shall be determined according to the carrier’s regulations. If you fail to use the label within the valid period, the return request will automatically expire, and we reserve the right not to process the related request further.
- Please DO NOT include any form of payment (cash, check or money orders) along with your eyewear.
The Even Realities Return Policy applies to products purchased worldwide. For international returns, the customer will cover the shipping cost for returning the product from the customer’s country/region to our international return center. Return and Refund Process
To request a return, please visit evenrealities.com/support to contact our customer support team. Once your return has been authorized, you will receive an email with return instructions. All returns must be shipped in the original packaging, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials. Even Realities is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Once we have received your returned Product, we will inspect the Product to confirm it is eligible for return. Once the inspection is complete, you will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). We will return the funds to your account as quickly as possible.
All refunds will occur via the original payment method.
Shipping fees and any applicable VAT or customs fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency and reflect the current exchange rate.
Scope of Responsibility
During the after-sales service process, Even Realities is responsible only for product loss or damage occurring under transportation or repair services arranged by Even Realities.
Even Realities is not responsible for any data loss, unless such loss results from our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill. We shall not be liable for any data loss resulting from your failure to comply with this limited warranty service policy.
This after-sales policy may vary according to local laws and regulations. Even Realities reserves the right to interpret or modify this warranty policy at any time at its sole discretion.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and translations in other languages, the English version shall prevail, unless otherwise required by applicable local laws.
